Accumulate Bitcoin:

We will actively manage cash balances in the fund to find opportunities to acquire Bitcoin at the best prices for our investors. Our first responsibility to our investors is acquiring more Bitcoin than would have been possible without our professional assistance. We will never sell our Bitcoin.

Long-term investment horizon:

We will rely on simple, scalable, and sustainable practices which foster stable growth for the business and investment portfolio. Any investment in BTC should be held through multiple halving cycles. Our investment strategy will be calibrated to a 20+ year horizon. Volatility will be expected and welcomed over short time horizons.

Adopt a Bitcoin Standard:

We seek to earn a positive Bitcoin denominated return. We will utilize a portfolio of crypto-assets and cash equivalents with the potential to outperform BTC over short time-horizons. Outperforming assets will be used to purchase more Bitcoin over time. We will utilize hedging strategies and yield producing strategies to generate cash and continuously accumulate more Bitcoin.

Manage both US Dollar and Bitcoin denominated risk:

The fund will adjust exposures dynamically, and maintain significant cash balances at times. We will formalize a set of responsible risk limits and stop-loss practices so that neither the BTC nor the USD value of the portfolio is allowed to draw down beyond a reasonable tolerance. The fund will employ derivative hedging strategies to reduce risk without being required to sell our underlying assets.

Integrate with the crypto ecosystem:

The fund will not invest in traditional financial assets. We intend to focus our expertise completely within the crypto ecosystem, with a clear focus on Bitcoin. We plan to continuously develop our understanding of the market and build strategic relationships with its participants.
